Abdel Fattah Ahmed Abdel Wali

Born in 1949 in the village of Harat-Abbous _ Taiz

He studied at the village school, Al-Irshad National School in Al-Maalla, Aden, and at Al-Falah School, Al-Ahmadiya, and Nasser School in Taiz. He completed the general secondary school at Al-Thawra Secondary School in Taiz in 1968.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Law from Friendship University of Moscow, former Soviet Union, 1974
Diploma in Judiciary from the National School of the Judiciary in Paris – France in 1978

Of experience:

He worked in the Central Organization for Control and Accountability and the State Legal Office
He worked as a Director of the Legal Department at the Yemeni Bank for Reconstruction and Development
He worked as a legal advisor to the Islamic Bank of Yemen for Finance and Investment
Participated in some committees entrusted with preparing draft laws and banking and financial regulations

He was the first cartoonist in Al-Thawra newspaper

Member of the jury in the President’s Youth Awards in the field of story for three sessions ,A fine artist who has held several exhibitions at the Writers’ Union, the Al-Afif Foundation, the Al-Saeed Foundation for Science and Culture in Taiz, and the Basement Foundation in Sana’a.
