Calligraphy’s biography:
Asia started learning calligraphy with Professor Moaz Al-Areeqi and his assistant, Mrs. Huda Al-Doubai, at the end of 2018 through WhatsApp group .
She learned calligraphy basics of Raqka’a with Mr. Malik Al-Hammouri and Mr. Ahmed Al-Agha, then she was nominated to enter a special course for the intermediate level with Mr. Ahmed Al-agha. At the same time, she started learning Al-Diwani calligraphy with Mr. Ibrahim Al-Omari and Mrs. Balqis Ismail.
And at the end of 2019, She Stared learning with Omani professor Sultan Al Rashidi, Diwani and Raqka’a calligraphy , and she is still a student with him, In the middle of 2020, She studied with Professor Radwan Al-Dailami within Al-Faisal in learning calligraphies group of, and She studied decoration course with professor Faisal Al-Nahari for a month.
In 2022, Asia began to learn Thuluth calligraphy with the Syrian professor, Salah Al-Khidr. The calligrapher has Conducted trainings and debugging in WhatsApp groups in Different calligraphies and Raqka’a , since 2020 until now.
Events and Activities of calligraphy and decoration:
- Several Calligraphy workshops with Professor Moaz Al-Areeqi
- Calligraphy workshop with the Deputy of the Yemeni Calligraphers Syndicate, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Junaid.
- Fifth place in the colloquial calligraphy 2018, Kayf Asnae binfsi – annual competition .
- Third place in Diwani calligraphy 2019 Kayf Asnae binfsi – annual competition
- Third place in Naskh calligraphy 2020, learning calligraphy facilitator groups – annual competition
- Participation Al-Misnad Foundation 1st competition of Raqka’a and Diwani.
- Third place in 1st decoration competition – Yemen.
- Participated with two paintings, Al-Raqka’a and Diwani Calligraphy , in Al-Musnad Foundation exhibition 1443.
- Participated in pioneers of Kurdistan calligraphers in cooperation with Basiqah Foundation and International Calligraphy Center for Pioneers, Iraq branch electronic exhibition,
