Ahmad Fathi

Ahmad Fathi was Born in Hodeidah , He released his first album when he was 12 years old , artist Ahmed bin Ahmed Qassem called him the miracle child, After obtaining the preparatory certificate , he received a scholarship from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Yemen , To complete his education at the Higher Institute of Arabic Music in Egypt.

  • High school musical certificate with a bachelor’s degree from the Higher Institute of Arabic Music from the Academy of Arts in Egypt.

Master’s degree in 1998 for his thesis (The Role of the Yemeni Singing Oud Instrument) from the Higher Institute of Arabic Music.

  • He  had won three awards as the best oud player from the Higher Institute of Arabic Music during his high school.
  • Certificate from the Emirates Committee for Arab Solidarity in 1988.
  • A certificate of appreciation from the Sultanate of Oman for his participation in the Autumn Festival in 1991.
  • Certificate of Appreciation from the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London 1993.
